Expanded Replacement Cost on Dwelling Endorsement Would your homeowner's policy cover the cost to rebuild your home at today's prices? The Expanded Replacement Cost on Dwelling endorsement will pay for the cost to repair or replace your home up to 120% of the limit shown on your policy for your residence (Coverage A). Get "peace of mind" for just an additional $10 annual premium charge for this important coverage enhancement. Ordinance or Law Coverage In repairing or rebuilding your home after a loss, newer building code standards may require costly upgraded materials. The Ordinance & Law coverage option will include up to 10% of the limit shown on your policy for your residence (Coverage A) for such situations. The premium charge is only 5% of your dwelling premium for owner occupied homes and 10% of the dwelling premium for secondary residences and rental property. HomePlus Endorsement This endorsement provides two great coverage enhancements. Loss of Contents from Refrigeration Unit coverage provides up to a $500 limit for loss of contents at your home caused by an interruption of electrical service or breakdown of a refrigeration system. Also included with this endorsement is Key & Lock Replacement coverage, which provides up to a $250 limit for the necessary expense to repair or replace locks at your home due to a theft of your house keys. A deductible does not apply to losses that are covered by this endorsement. Add this additional protection to your policy for just a minimal annual premium charge of $5. Automobile Deductible Reimbursement Endorsement When you write your automobile insurance through our insurance agency (Mennonite Insurance Services) and if a covered auto is damaged, this endorsement will reimburse you either for the amount of the comprehensive or collision deductible (whichever is applicable for that loss) shown on your current automobile insurance policy or up to $150, whichever is less. How can you afford not to have this important coverage enhancement at just a $10 annual premium charge.
Multi-Policy Premium Discount Write your homeowners insurance with Mennonite Aid Plan and your automobile insurance through Mennonite Insurance Services, and receive an additional 12.5% premium discount on your Mennonite Aid Plan homeowners policy. Deductible Options Take advantage of lower insurance cost by increasing the deductible on your homeowners policy. We offer a cost saving discount when you choose a deductible amount of $1,000 or $2,500. Premium Payment Plan Mennonite Aid Plan offers three ways to pay your insurance premiums; the annual premium in full by the due date or two installment options. For premiums of $100 or less, a two payment option is available; and for premiums in excess of $100, both a 2 or 4 payment option is available. Under both these installment options, payments are spread out equally over the policy term. A minimal per installment charge of $3 is added to each quarterly or semi-annual installment billing.
